HOW DO I GET STARTED?
We provide a free ten (l0) minute consultation. If you desire, we will then do an assessment of your situation and needs. The assessment will outline the issues/problems and the scope of the work to be done. An initial written assessment will be provided to you. The fee for the initial assessment is $245.00, payable in advance.
If, after receiving the assessment, you want to hire At Your Side Healthcare Advocacy, you will be asked to pay in advance for work to be performed, which may be an hourly rate or a flat fee, depending on the situation. The hourly rate may be reduced for a long term assignment. The fee for the initial written assessment will then be deducted from your first bill.
We can meet with you in your home or my office (located in Boynton Beach and Juno Beach) or wherever it is convenient for you and your family. We serve all of Palm Beach County and upon special consideration, Broward County and Martin County.
